  • Coordinate with content owners and content managers to ensure accurate submission of Kapost tasks

  • Assign tasks to appropriate internal and external writers and editors

  • Train new content writers on most aspects of work life at IDT, including proper use of Kapost, Teams, Outlook, calendars, writing and editing guidelines, MAPSS identification and submission, and more
